Local students were given an
opportunity to find out all that university has to offer when the
Aimhigher Roadshow called at ten locations throughout Lincolnshire
& Rutland.

Apprenticeships are
nationally planned training programmes for those aged 14 years and
over. They offer young people and adults the opportunity
to:
- learn on the
job with an employer to gain knowledge and skills
- gain
qualifications with a work-based learning
provider/college
- earn money
and, most importantly, gain valuable job
experience.
There is a
complete working ladder beginning with Young
Apprenticeships at the age of 14 and possibly ending with a
